More than 40 years ago, starting from simple processing tools and gradually developing into complete machine production, and then to the complete industrial chain, the carton packaging machinery industry in Dongguang County of Cangzhou City has become the pillar industry of the county economy.Nowadays, packaging machinery is integrated into the tide of “One Belt, One Road” and is exported to 126 countries and regions.

Packaging machinery becomes a county economy

The reporter recently learned from Dongguang County that in the future, the county will establish a research and development center, a logistics distribution center and a centralized procurement center for raw materials, and strive to achieve annual sales revenue of more than 10 billion yuan by 2020.

Dongguang County is the hometown of Ma Zhiyuan, a famous opera writer in the Yuan Dynasty. Its carton packaging machinery has a history of more than 40 years. Dongguang County has now formed the entire industrial chain of the packaging machinery industry.

据介绍，东光县现已拥有400余家企业，从业人员达3万余人，年销售收入超过60亿元，整机产品50余种，形成了瓦楞纸板生产线、纸箱成型及印刷设备、纸箱机械配件耗材等三大产品系列，配件达500余种、上千个规格。据了解，东光县包装机械在全国占有近6成的市场。

做大做强后，当地企业把目标客户瞄准了国外市场。

出口126个国家和地区

上周二，在河北林成包装机械公司内，总经理鲁沐洲又迎来了熟悉的客人，来自巴基斯坦的客商卡玛汗。鲁沐洲介绍，卡玛汗的父亲伊克巴2008年来到东光县，经过一番市场考察，最后确定与林成公司合作，进口瓦楞纸箱包装机械设备。

2016年，伊克巴带着卡玛汗来到东光，从那时起父子俩分工协作，他们与东光的合作金额也不断攀升，订单逐年增加。

据统计，东光县纸箱包装机械产品出口亚洲、非洲、欧洲、美洲等四大洲的126个国家和地区，全行业拥有自营进出口权的企业35家，年出口交货额达3亿美元左右。

在日前举行的东光包装机械博览会上，印度瓦楞纸箱机械商会负责人拉贾向记者表示，中印两国人口众多，市场前景巨大。印度有1万多家相关类型的企业，乐于向中国借鉴经验。

国外订单已排到明年

随着“一带一路”倡议逐渐走向深入，东光县包装机械的销路也越来越宽。据不完全统计，2017年东光县包装机械产业出口额近20亿元。如今，东光县有33家包装机械企业拥有外贸出口权，还有6家外贸公司专做出口业务。

“‘一带一路’倡议为中国企业‘走出去’提供了重大机遇，一定程度上降低了企业海外经营的风险。”河北平安纸箱包装机械有限公司董事长王庆龙说。

东光县纸箱包装机械制造联合会常务副秘书长马荣喜告诉记者，截至目前，今年各企业出口订单已接近饱和，4月份之后的生产订单都已经排到了明年。

马荣喜介绍，东光县已制定了包装机械发展蓝图，力争到2020年全行业年销售收入达到100亿元以上，年利税突破10亿元。
